Tess McLeod

Expert in client engagement, communications, VIP services and marketing. Her role is to coordinate the client experience, marketing landscape and non-financial services for Cape.

Tess holds a Bachelor (Honours) in Hospitality Business Management and a diploma in Culinary Arts from the University of Birmingham, is certified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She also trained in the British Territorial Army (RAMC).
She speaks English and is learning German.

Tess joined Cape Capital in 2022 having previously spent over 15 years working in wealth management marketing and client engagement. In London she held positions at RBS and Goldman Sachs. In Switzerland she led the client engagement function for the Global UHNW segment at UBS until 2019 and most recently was Group Marketing Head at the pan-European banking group Quintet (formerly KBL).
