Meet Sacha Hauss

Sacha joined Cape in August 2024 as an Impact Investment Intern on the Cross-Asset team at Cape Capital, where he assists in creating client presentations, conducting technical analyses for private market deals and funds, updating CRM, and ensuring proper data organization.

Before joining Cape, Sacha studied at EHL Hospitality Business School of Lausanne, where he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, set to graduate in February 2026. His background in hospitality has instilled in him a deep appreciation for sharing experiences and a drive to consistently exceed his own expectations.

Sacha is passionate about continuous learning and exploring new experiences, including diverse cultures, cuisines, and sports. A food lover and culinary enthusiast, he delights in crafting delicious dishes and experimenting with new recipes. He’s also a huge football fan, combining his love of the game with his zest for life. Sacha’s favourite quote, “Luck is the smile of talent,” reflects his belief in the power of skill and perseverance.
