Meet Bobby Hickel

Bobby has been with Cape Capital for 20 years - since the inception of the company.

He officially holds the title of Head of Operations, but he does a lot more than that. He's the go-to person for IT, process management, operations and employee engagement.

In other words, he's Cape Capital’s  ‘Master Fixer’ – no job is too big for Bobby – whether for the Cape team, or for our clients, with whom he works directly on a daily basis.

Bobby is no stranger to leadership, having held senior roles at a number of organizations in Switzerland prior to Cape Capital.

When he's not at work taking care of the  ‘Cape family’, you'll find Bobby at the ice hockey rink, on the slopes or spending time with his son and daughter.
