Meet Tess McLeod

Tess joined Cape Capital in 2022 after spending almost 20 years working in large scale global banks.

She is the custodian of the brand identity, marketing, communications and content – making sure the shop window is always up-to-date and that Cape’s clients receive the tailored experience they deserve.

Tess has years of experience leading global client engagement teams and projects for the UHNW segment – in thematics such as art, motorsport, philanthropy and beyond.

Her training in the culinary arts and stint in the UK military mean she understands the complex logistics and quality standards that discerning clients require.

In her free time, when she can be torn away from her vast library of books, she can generally be found chasing the sun – a remnant from her upbringing in the Middle East.
