Meet Sarah Laux

Sarah joined Cape Capital on 15th July 2024, as a vital member of the team, supporting all Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance matters.

With several years of experience at an international private bank, as well as Head Legal for one of the oldest crypto financial services companies in Switzerland, Sarah played a significant role in shaping new crypto investment products and accompanying laws and regulations, advancing organizational governance.

Sarah is known for her ability to effectively translate and relay complex legal topics for IT and business teams, ensuring a strong understanding throughout the value chain, as well as for her adept stakeholder management skills - especially with regards to crisis management.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, inline skating, and kite surfing. She is also passionate about art, often finding inspiration through creativity.
