Meet Vito Schiro

Vito restarted at Cape Capital in August 2024, marking a welcome comeback after his previous tenure from September 2017 to December 2021.

In his role in Structured Finance, Vito will assist Cape's clients with risk management needs around concentrated equity positions and support them with financing solutions.

Before rejoining Cape, Vito worked in Equity Derivatives at UBS Investment Bank and recently oversaw Trading and Treasury at LGT Private Bank.

Vito's technical expertise in Equity Derivatives is complemented by his passion for leadership and the development of others. He has a knack for identifying and coaching talent in others, often helping team members surpass their potential.

When he’s not at work, Vito enjoys reading and learning about diverse topics such as technology, negotiation, and leadership. He stays fit by working out at the gym, where he proudly still earns respect from younger athletes. Additionally, Vito has a love for automobiles and enjoys participating in driving experience courses with sports cars.
